Individual, Couple + Family Therapist
My work is about connecting with clients on a genuine, compassionate and human level. I work with clients on a multitude of issues that include but are not limited to: anxiety, depression, relational conflicts and stress/anger management.
My approach is driven from your needs. I offer my clients the opportunity to reach inside themselves to find the courage to take risks, find their voice and to embrace the resilience to keep going, even when this seems difficult to fathom. My style could be characterized as being conversational, informal but serious and focused upon your healing. I'm an excellent listener, and unabashed in offering words, feelings and tools to ease your burden and move toward healing your pain.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is an opportunity for personal growth. Speaking openly about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences helps set the stage for change. Working sensitively with your lifestyle and needs, we will develop new ways of communicating, and specific skills and strategies to manage your uncomfortable feelings and experiences. Through increased self-awareness, you will become empowered to live a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Couples Therapy
A supportive, loving relationship happens when each partner respects the other partner’s thoughts, beliefs, processes, and timing. Couples counseling can be especially helpful when you and your partner can't get through to one another, experience a breach of trust, or are going through major change. This helps improve communication and rebuild the bond that you once had with your partner.
Family Therapy
Family therapy seeks to reduce distress and conflict by improving the interactions between family members. This type of counseling views problems as patterns that need adjusting. It is an ideal method for helping family members adjust to a blended family way of life, or an immediate family member struggling with a condition such as an addiction, abuse, or behavioral issues. It is also highly effective in improving communication, breaking unhealthy patterns, and reducing conflict.
